Triphala (Amla, Harad, Baheda): It has lekhan, antioxidant and detoxifying properties. Indications: • Indicated in weight management • Help to bring out efficient burning of fat, inhibit fatty acid synthesis. Dosage
Dose: 2 tablets twice a day with lukewarm water or as advised by the physician.
